What information will I need to provide to access online chat?
To access online chat, simply enter your name, phone number and email on the chat entry form. You’ll also be asked to indicate which province you live in and the kind of insurance you’d like to chat about.
If your questions are specific to one of your policies, our licensed Home and Auto insurance representatives may request additional information, such as your mailing address, for security purposes.
At the end of your session, you’ll have the option to save your chat conversation.
Our Canadian-based team is available to answer your questions and address your needs in real time – with the same personalized attention you would receive on the telephone.
