How can I get a claims experience letter?
You can request an Experience Letter (also known as a Letter of Experience, a Claims History Letter, a Claims Experience Letter or an Insurance History Letter) in the following ways:
- You can request an Experience Letter by connecting with one of our home and auto insurance specialists. Your Experience Letter will be mailed within 10-14 business days. This letter cannot be emailed.
- For your auto policy, you may be able to access your own consumer reports by visiting the CGI website.
