If you are covered, we will repair or replace your items with something of similar like, kind & quality, as outlined by your policy. Please keep in mind that you have complete control over who will complete the repairs to your items (if needed) or where they will be replaced.
When making a claim, you will be asked to provide the make or model numbers (if applicable) for particular items, as well as detailed description of any items you may be claiming for . You may also need to provide photos, receipts and other information about.
