Why do I need a Power of Attorney?

A Power of Attorney appoints a person you choose to be your representative if you are not able to make your wishes known.
You need to provide an original or notarized (by a lawyer, Commissioner of Oaths or Notary Public) to Johnson. A faxed or email copy is not considered original.
We will return the original document to you.
